The Synergy Reset
Join us for The Synergy Reset, a 30-day, movement-based challenge designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more consistent in the new year. This reset isn’t just about yoga, it’s about moving your body in ways that support your goals. Whether that’s yoga, Pilates, or strength training in the Body Shop, this challenge encourages you to explore all the ways we move at Yoga Synergy & Physical Synergy.
How The Challenge Works:
Rather than committing to one class every single day, you can choose the challenge level that best fits your schedule - 10, 20 or the full 30 classes.
Classes do not need to be taken consecutively, just completed between January 12th and February 10th.
Classes that count toward the challenge include:

Yoga (all styles)

Pilates
-
Strength training classes (held in Physical Synergy's Body Shop. Morning strength, HYROX, H.I.I.T & Sports Conditioning. See schedule here)

* All challenge levels must be completed between Jan 12–Feb 10. Registration is required (but FREE!) so we can track participation - register below. Classes themselves are taken using your existing membership or class pack; there’s no extra fee to join the challenge.

The Challenge Levels:
Complete 10 classes and earn 5% off next package/monthly payment, 1 guest pass + 1 raffle entry.

2 Body Shop strength training classes

Complete 20 classes and earn 10% off next package/monthly payment, 2 guest passes + 2 raffle entries.
Classes required:

8 Yoga classes
-
8 Pilates classes

4 Body Shop strength training classes

COMPLETE ALL 30 CLASSES and earn 15% off any pricing or retail option at the studio, 3 guest passes + 5 raffle entries.

Take 30 classes within the 30 day timeframe.

Classes can be a combination of all class styles though 6 Body Shop classes are required.
