

Core Class Styles
Hot Vinyasa – All Levels
A class focusing on linking movement to breath that is suitable for experienced beginners* and more seasoned practitioners. Modifications will be offered to step your practice up or down depending on your experience. Expect to have fun while challenging yourself in a warm & supportive environment. Assistance will be offered.

Hot Vinyasa – Intermediate
This is an intermediate to advanced vinyasa class with less modifications given; however, all are encouraged to try this challenging class for a change to advance your practice and find your edge! Opportunities for more advanced poses and transitions, with an underlying focus on mindfulness, meditation and breathwork. Play with inversions and arm balances!

Hot Vinyasa Flow – Core Strengthening
Intelligent Vinyasa flow incorporating fun and challenging transitions that will have you tap into your core, using your ujayi breathing to delve deeper. Class has a strong focus on alignment, constantly testing the self as one moves and holds challenging asanas set to upbeat alternative tunes. Prepare to play with arm balances, getting upside down, twisting, detoxing – moving with your breadth in a hot room set at 95*. You will leave feeling energized, stronger and a whole lot centered. (asanas refer to yoga postures or positions.)

Hot Yoga – 26&2
Hot Yoga (originally known as Bikram Yoga) is the sequence of a series of twenty-six asana poses and 2 breathing exercise designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. This 75 minute class will have music and options for Vinyasa poses will be offered.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing while stimulating the nadis or meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow.
