we will be hosting a series of FREE Media Classes designed to create fresh photo and video content for Yoga Synergy - and you’re invited to be part of it!  

Each class will be photographed and filmed throughout

We’ll be offering different style classes:

• Yoga (Sportsplex location)

• Body Shop

• Pilates

• These are FREE classes

• Expect cameras- by registering, you acknowledge you will be photographed and filmed.

• Limited space to ensure quality content

• Pre-registration is REQUIRED

• Participants are encouraged to bring a friend (with the understanding that they’ll also be on camera)
